VIRAL Cottage Cheese Flatbread: Protein for a busy girl

Hey y'all! 

Today I wanted to share a viral recipe that I tried and really liked! I'd say LOVE but the texture isn't exactly what I would hope a flatbread would be, BUT it is still an amazing option for lots of protein for us busy girls.

Cook:

  • Set oven to 350
  • Cook for 40 minutes
  • Cool for at least 5 before eating

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • Onion Powder to taste
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • Italian Seasoning to taste

Blend all ingredients (except Italian Seasoning) in a blender for 30 seconds.

Cover a small cookie sheet with tin foil or parchment paper, and lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray.

Poor ingredients on to the sprayed and covered small cookie sheet. Sprinkle on Italian seasoning to taste.

Cook for 40 minutes until brown around the edges and brown spots show up on the top of the flatbread.

Use for anything you use flatbread in! Some ideas:

  • Sandwiches 
  • Paninis
  • Tacos
  • Quesadillas
  • Pizza 

Summer is such a great time to add more protein to your diet! This flatbread has 38g protein all together, so about 19 for half which makes a good sandwich size. Enjoy, busy girl!
